What is the procedure to make a booking?

We like you to provide us with as much information as you can in order to match you with the perfect model for you. Read through our booking conditions and take a look at our gallery before getting in touch. When you want to make a booking, you can either email us or contact us by telephone between 9am and 11pm.
When you make a booking, we will need the following information:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your telephone number
- The date and location of the booking if you know them (the location must be of a good standard in order to be acceptable to your guest)
- What you would like us to arrange for you (taxis, hotels, restaurants, holiday bookings)
- Your choice of model or a description of your perfect model (including age range, personality, looks and dress preferences)
- A description of yourself so your model knows who to expect.
This information will only ever be used to meet your preferences and will never be handed out to third parties.
How can I contact you?
- We like our first contact with you to be made over email. We aim to reply to emails within the hour, unless you email after 10pm. In this case, we will reply to you the next morning. If you have a specific question, you can contact us by telephone on +32/484.30.48.87 between 9am and 11pm.Back
Can you guarantee absolute discretion?
- We pride ourselves on our discrete services. Any details you supply us will be kept for private use and will not be handed out to any third parties.Back
Where do you provide your services?
- Our services are provided in countries where they are legally allowed to be provided. You can meet with your model in your hotel room, your residence (it has to be decent in order to receive a lady) or meet up with you in a public place such as a restaurant. Most of our models do not provide so called ‘in call’ services.Back
How much notice do you require to make a booking?
- As our models only work on an occasional basis for Fleur des Anges, we need to first make sure that they will be available. The more advance notice you can give us, the more likely we are to be able to arrange your perfect booking with the model of your choice. If you would like a last minute date, call us so we can consider the possibilities.Back
Can I get in touch with the escort lady directly?
- No. Our models use our agency in order to preserve their privacy. Please respect this and never ask for their private details.Back
What if the model does not meet my expectations?
- We believe it will be very unlikely that you will be unsatisfied with your model as we put a lot of work in to make sure we give you a good match. We understand, however, that you might not click as you had hoped. If you find this is the case, please talk to your hostess immediately and then contact the agency within the first 15 minutes of the date. Please stay courteous to your hostess while we do our best to find a good solution. This will incur a cost of 100 euros and any necessary travel or accommodation costs.Back
What if I have to cancel the booking or am late?
- If you are late because of extenuating circumstances, please call us as soon as you can. After 3o minutes delay, you will be charged 50 euros for each 30 minutes the model has to wait. If you want to cancel the booking, please call as soon as possible. If you cancel with less than 5 hours before the booking, we will ask you to pay 300 euros. For international bookings, we will keep 300 euros from your deposit and the rest of your deposit will be credited towards your next booking.Back
What if my model cancels the date?
- In this case, if the date is cancelled less than 5 hours before it starts, you will receive a 100% refund and a 30% discount on your next booking.Back
Can I give feedback about your services?
- Of course! We welcome feedback in order to continually develop our high level of service quality. If you were unhappy with your date, we would like to know why. We are happy to hear from you if you think there is something we could improve. Please keep in mind that the success of the date depends on your attitude and impeccable personal hygiene as well as the model. Nevertheless, if you are unhappy with our service, please contact us to discuss it as soon as possible (even during your date, if you can). We also love positive feedback and, if you are a member, you can write a testimonial about your date on our website.
